Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Melbourne metro: 1 to 3 business days
- Other capital cities: 2 to 5 business days
- Regional and remote areas: 4 to 10 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by peak periods, weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order. Any free shipping offer will be shown at checkout.
Click and Collect
You can choose to collect your order from our clinic at 4/40 Prospect Street, Box Hill during opening hours. We will notify you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Lost, damaged or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@annajo.com.au with your order number and we will follow up with the carrier. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Heat-sensitive products
Some skincare products may be affected by extreme heat. During hot weather, please arrange for your parcel to be collected or brought inside promptly after delivery.
