These Terms of Service apply to your use of www.annajo.com.au, our online store, and bookings for treatments at Anna Jo Beauty Clinic (ABN 60 612 780 873), trading as Anna Jo Medical Beauty ("Anna Jo", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website, purchasing products or booking a treatment, you agree to these terms.

1. Website information is general only

Information on this website is general in nature and is not medical advice. It does not replace an individual consultation with a qualified practitioner. Whether a treatment is suitable for you can only be determined after a consultation and assessment.

2. Treatments and results

All treatments are subject to a consultation and assessment of your suitability.
Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Any images on our website are for illustration only.
All procedures carry potential risks. Your practitioner will explain the risks, benefits, costs and alternatives before you consent to treatment.
You must provide complete and accurate information about your health, medical history, medications, allergies and pregnancy or breastfeeding status. Failure to do so may affect your safety and results.
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatment unless otherwise approved by the clinic with written parental or guardian consent.
We may decline or postpone treatment if, in our professional judgement, it is not safe or appropriate for you.

3. Booking, deposit and cancellation

Some treatments require a deposit to confirm your booking. The deposit is deducted from your treatment cost on the day.
To reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice by phone or email. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment or refunded.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend, may result in the deposit being forfeited.
If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so that other clients are not affected.
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will offer you a new time or a full refund of your deposit.
We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at the clinic's discretion.

4. Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
We take care to display product information accurately. Product descriptions and ingredient lists are provided by the manufacturers and may change. Always check the packaging before use.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities and cancel orders where a product is unavailable, in which case we will refund you in full.
Promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions and cannot be combined unless stated.

5. Online orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Anna Jo and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Third-party brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the goods or services, or paying the cost of having them resupplied.
